Damon Williams - Chief Executive
Damon has worked both in the construction and telecommunications industries in design/engineering and executive roles for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience in turnkey data centre design and construction, managing projects from initial conception through to operation. Damon has also established and managed several technical outsource operations/services businesses with customer service the key parameter to their respective successes. He is committed to delivering best-in-class solutions to clients. With customer experience as a key measure for our business, members of the management team have been selected for their shared passion with this goal. Damon remains a senior partner and shareholder in Greenwich Data and MRY Ltd.

Russell Franks - Chief Operating Officer
Russell holds various professional qualifications for project and programme management. From 1996 to 1999 he worked with Pacer International Inc, an American based project management company that focused on the design, construction and project management of large data centres throughout Europe and the US. Subsequently Russell took up a position as the Director of European Construction for Spectrum Telecom Services Europe Limited, where he was responsible for the design and construction of over 30 data centres across Europe, including sites in France, Holland, Germany, Hungary, Czechoslovakia and Poland. Russell’s role at Spectrum included managing the project teams, maintenance and FM divisions. For the past 7 years Russell went on to set up and head a design and construction management company which specialised in the design development and management of medium to large data centres, which also included assisting the facility tenants in setting up the operational processes and responsibilities of the data-centres.

Niall McHugh - V.P. Finance
Niall is a Chartered Accountant with over 24 years experience working for Ernst & Young and BMOL Partners in Ireland and the UK in roles from financial reporting to corporate finance. During this time, he has experience working with various Companies from SME to Companies listed on the UK Stock exchange. Niall acts as Corporate Finance Partner in BMOL responsible for the assembly and financing of projects in the UK and Ireland. Niall is seconded to EuroHub acting as VP Finance.
Bob Wright - Operations Director
Bob has nearly 30 years industry experience starting with BT, followed by 12 years in development and operations with Cable & Wireless on a global remit working in senior management roles on projects based around the world including in the US, the Caribbean, Hong Kong and Australia. Key deliveries included the Mercury project for the UK, Global Intelligent Network and Global Card Services where Bob managed an international operations team. In 1998 he took up the senior management role of Network Design Authority for CompleTel, a start-up ‘CLEC’ carrier in competition with France Telecom and Deutsche Telecom and was responsible for the design and delivery of carrier grade telephone switches and fibre based transmission networks for 15 cities in France and Germany. As European Operations Director for iPcenta, he was responsible for total delivery of six data centres in France, Germany and the UK. Most recently he was a senior director and responsible for operations at a UK-based secure data centre business.
